The music in this movie was just wonderful. My favorites are "Baby Blue," "Nobody But Me" and "Gimme Shelter." I am really looking forward to the soundtrack release. This music sure set the tone and electrified what you were viewing on the screen.

I do not as yet have the sountrack, however, the music from the movie was excellent. Most notable were The Rolling Stones, The Human Beinz and Badfinger songs. They really set the mood in the film. This is hot rockin soundtrack.

Great film, with welcome accompaniment from the Boston Irish punk band The Dropkick Murphys. "I'm Shipping Up to Boston" is from the 2005 Warriors Code album, by the way. Cool inclusion of the Stones as well.

I've just seen the movie today and it's really great. The soundtrack is amazing... I dunno why this movie reminded me of Ocean's Eleven and Ocean's Twelve!! I liked it.

This is a smokin' soundtrack. Where else can you get the Rolling Stones, Dropkick Murphys, Beach Boys, The Human Beinz, Allman Bros and Badfinger on the same CD? Mine is on order. This really jams and went super with the movie. The songs help you inject yourself into the action on the screen. This is a 5 star only because they aren't 10 stars tp choose!

You can tell much thought was put into this Scorsese classic in relation to song placement. On its own, this is a very eclectic group of songs. A triple A-1 rating, and probably an Academy Award contender. Van Morrison smokes on this as do The Human Beinz. Great memories are brought back by Badfinger's "Baby Blue." Then add The Beach Boys and The Allman Brothers. WOW, rock on!!!

I just love this movie. I'm from Boston and it is a really hip place. It's so cool to see it on the screen. This CD is great for cruisin' down the highway. It worked so well in the movie. I'm sorry "Gimme Shelter" isn't on the CD - that would have made it a perfect 11. This should get a Grammy as best soundtrack album of the year! Dropkick Murphys and The Human Beinz really rock!

The movie was spectacular and the soundtrack is just as great. 5 stars! My favorite track is "I'm Shipping Up to Boston" by Dropkick Murphys.

The music in this movie is simply stellar. The Dropkick Murphy's song is an excellent choice and Van Morrison does a great job on "Comfortably Numb." It's clear that a lot of thought went in to the song selection for this movie and the songs really complement the scenes. An excellent job, and I can't wait to get out tomorrow and buy it! (both the movie and the soundtrack!)
