This is without a doubt Waxman's masterpiece. It captures the emotions of the movies characters. I have listened to this soundtrack for the last 50 years. I have several copies of the original on RCA. If I want to go back to my New England roots and feel the season of youthful love it is this soundtrack that I listen to again and again.
