I'm Katrina of the Philippines and I would really like to congratulate this movie together with its outrageous soundtrack. I'm not really an avid listener of hardcore musics, but this totally rock me up. For me, everything was perfect. The movie was so perfect too. I just love it... and Lestat....

In my opinion, Jonathon Davis is God!!! I've been a diehard fan of him and his unmerry band of misfits, a.k.a. Korn, since 1997, and I don't ever plan to stop loving them. This soundtrack is one awesome piece of work and shows how a master like ol' Jonny can create a real masterpiece. While the soundtrack versions of the "Vampire Lestat" tracks are bloodsuckingly wicked, the movie versions were way better, and speaking of the movie, the way Jonathon made the transition from rockstar to film actor was brilliant (he plays a scapler in the film).

But enough sucking up for one day, the soundtrack itself is one true piece of artwork and one that deserves to be part of my collection for eternity. Among the cavalcade of artists in this 60 minute relentless vampire orgy, we find Wayne Static on the track "Not Meant For Me" and with his group Static X with "Cold" (check out the video, losta pissed off vampires in it!), David Draiman with "Forsaken" and with his regular group Disturbed with the sickass track "Down With The Sickness," Chester Bennington of Linkin Park with the track "System," Marilyn Manson with "Redeemer" and Jay Gordon of Orgy with "Slept So Long."

As well as the Jonathon Davis/Richard Gibbs collaborative tracks, the soundtrack includes more well known and fairly unknown artists like Deftones, Papa Roach, Godhead, Earshot, Dry Cell, Tricky and kidneythieves to waste up extra CD space. Overall, the soundtrack is one of the finest ever conceived and proves that Jonathon Davis is more versatile in creating new music than you think. So go out and buy this soundtrack and let the "Vampire Lestat" party come alive!!!

One of the best scores and soundtracks I've heard in a while. I loved how "Change" by the Deftones is able to capture the blood letting scene between the queen and Lestat.

This soundtrack is the Queen of all soundtracks. It is packed with hardcore rock and it will blow you away! Static-X is great, Disturbed rocks, Deftones is awesome, Tricky is cool, and all the bands are all fantastic. Best soundtrack ever!

I usually don't really like heavy metal kind of music, but when I saw the movie yesterday, it totally changed my opinion about it. The tracks are amazing! Really gets you into a trance!!!!!

This is a damn good soundrack and the movie is bloody brilliant. I suggest this CD for any heavy metal music fans... there are some Asian influences, too. It is awesome and once again Jonathan Davis has proved what a genious he is. I love it and hope you do, as well.

The music is better than film. I love music with metal and electronic sounds together. Still I think "in terror movies, da most important is da music."

This CD artfully conveys all the feeling from the movie itself. All I have to say is WOW!!! It let new artists become known. The CD compiles music from several artists, all who know how to depict human feelings in their music. The songs written by Jonathan Davis only proves him more a deity.

This soundtrack is wicked. I have liked goth music for a long time, but never have I heard a soundtrack that has showed so much emotion toward me.

I really love this soundtrack! Most of the songs are made for vampires (you can tell by the lyrics). In that way, you can relate to the movie and know how it might feel to be a vampire. This is my first ever rock CD, and I don't regret it!

"My taste for blood has been stained for my taste of perversion..." that is how I felt about the whole movie. The goth artists have brought out these feelings and emotions so much without that awkward silence. The soundtrack was incredible. Goth enters new age rock and the outcome is amazing!

I've had this soundtrack since October, and I love it more and more each time I hear it. My three favorite songs are "Not Meant for Me," "System," and "Slept So Long." Out of those three, "System" is my favorite. "System" and "Slept So Long" have a sensual sound, and "Not Meant for Me" is Lestat's song to every vampire and mortal that would oppose him. "You got the gall... Come take it all." All in all, I loved it when I first heard it and I love it now.

When I listen to this album, I totally lose myself! It captures my mind and sinks its fangs into it, (painful but pleasurable) - kind of the same effect the film has on me.

This is one TOTALLY awesome soundtack to fit a TOTALLY awesome movie. The soundtrack consists mainly of harsh rock/metal, which nicely fits the undergorund/gothic theme of the movie.

I'm not actually THAT into metal/gothic rock music, but this is really excellent. Especially with songs such as "Change" by the Deftones and "Slept So Long" by Jay Gordon - they really set the mood!

Overall, a great soundtrack, and its definitely not a waste of money! 5 stars mate!

Though the movie had poorly written dialogue and was completely unfaithful to the original storyline Anne Rice has provided us, the soundtrack has to be one of my favorites. "Slept So Long" and "Redeemer" catch the true emotions and life in Anne's perspective of vampires. "Slept So Long" is the more seductive, sexy, and beckoning song on this soundtrack (if you all haven't known, Vampires are known to be charmers). "Redeemer" shows more of the unsetteled urgency in vampires, "The idea of eternity seems almost unbearable" quoth Lestat in the movie. This song has a savage sound and raw emotion that creates the image of something caged or trapped.

The other track listings were wisely fitted with the movie. If anything, I'd rather the music tell me the story of Queen of the Damned than the movie itself. The music's accuracy is almost impeccable to the book and almost thoroughly compensates for the movie's elementary dialogue and script that was probably written overnight.

Queen of the Damned is the best movie ever! I love all of the music but "Before I'm Dead" is THE best song in the entire movie. I also adore the one that Lestat sings first at his performance in the film.

This is Charlotte, Hi. This is by far THE best movie + soundtrack ever! I love the smoothness of the whole CD and how powerful the music is. I'm not usually as interested in these sorts of movies or the music in them, but this is AMAZING!

Cool movie and great soundtrack, probably the best soundtrack in the last 10 years. I waited for this kind of sound for too long, and now I can die happy.

One of my favorites for sure! You can't go wrong with a God-like album like this one. With songs written by KoRn's lead singer Jonathan Davis and well-known artists performing them, you definitely can't go wrong. Metal all the way people! Get this one right away!

Actually, the movie was not very good. If you're a goth teenager you might like it, and that's OK just for the fun of it. HOWEVER, the soundtrack is something completely else. The soundtrack is excellent. Most of the songs are just really really good. I recall reading somewhere that the songs are written by Jonathan Davis, singer in the band Korn.

The movie is the best! No joke - I have watched it at least 30 odd times!! Lestat rules! The music is great! I normally don't like Korn but Jonathan Davis did a good job in this. The best tracks are "Slept So Long," "Forsaken," "System" and "Cold" by Static-X.

Lestat the god of my dreams rocks. I LOVE the movie and the soundtracks, but "Redeemer" is the song that seduced me into the darkness.
