    Kevin,
this topic was very hard for me. I like so many of Williams' scores. He IS after all my all time fav. I'm glad you put Jaws down, because I love that score. Would have made number 11 or could actually tie with someone. Gotta look that list over, Jaws has to go in there.

First off, Scott, when are you gonna dedicate a post to me!

Secondly, this is a tough post! There are so many great compositions of John Williams. The thing I like about him is first his themes. But, every single cue is complex. He has so many motifs and nuances in every cue. He is probably the best composer alive right now. I say this not because he is my fav. and I got to study with him for two days, but because it is the truth!

    I'll try naming ten:

    10. Witches of Eastwick
    9. Close Encounters of the Third Kind
    8. Far and Away
    7. Empire of the Sun
    6. Jurrassic Park
    5. Superman
    4. ET
    3. Hook
    2. Indiana Jones Trilogy
    1. Star Wars Trilogy(They would take up too much)

Well, I did not get all of them. Too hard!

Honorable Mentions: Everyone of his scores! Schindler's List(Not my favorite listen, but amazing score), Home Alone(Great Music!), Jaws, Saving Private Ryan, Images, Presumed Innocent, Dracula, Spacecamp, Amistad...

    Okay, I am spent... whew!!

    Aaron

Thanks for sharing this with me Aaron,
and since so many did the "honorable mention" thingie I will now revise my list.

Honorable mention goes to all of his scores with special considerations to:
    The River
    Stanley&Iris
    Hook
    JFK
    Home Alone
    Stepmom
    Saving Privat Ryan
    Amistad

All Star Wars and Indie scores are included in the original Star Wars and Raiders score list number.
(If you were able to understand the last statement, you're a genius)

I only really like five of Williams' scores, in total. They are:

    The Fury
    Jane Eyre
    Close Encounters...
    Superman
    Jaws

Favorite themes are cues, would be another story altogether.
