But seriously, I don't wish this site to explode with the resolution of this thread.

Dear Galina, have you changed your name to "sigh" ?(- and I was wondering did you receive any odd personal e-mails lately ?)
I will really have an empty hole in my everyday-life for over a week
- but what the heck, as a reward I will get a BIG BIG pile of money
so I'm not that upset nor sad.KEN

Oh, Galina, don't tell me that you thought I was going to be the rest of my life without an internet access - - ?Because, really, in my case it's only for a week or so.
I'm definitely NOT going into oblivion

....the same thing can't be said about this thread - already this thread is acting strangely (at least for me) - it claims there are only 24 pages although there are now 25...
- but, if the problem is at this end of the line, then I will surely spend some of my big money-pile for getting a newer and better version of these - - what the heck it's called ?!!?? - program ? no.......well, you got the point.I should go to bed.

Good lord, I've been so busy posting at message boards and listening to music and watching movies and and grooming dogs and (the most time-consuming and yet the most rewardable) especially, taking care of the children...I have forgotten to check my e-mail! I'll get to that right away!

Hey Marian!!
I just got LOTR-FOTR whatever...
IT'S AWESOME!
I didn't know Shore was capable of producing SUCH a great masterpiece.
A CLASSIC.K

Maybe when I get a Dolby Surround home sound system, I too MAY find the reason why everyone seems to like Shore's LOTR: FOTR

I still don't get you, Ken. There are numerous cues in the score that would be perfect for that ol' Gothic thread we tried to keep alive. And then there was Harry Potter...

Ooops! This isn't the place to discuss such things. Here, conversation is limited to anything but film scores. Won't happen again, I promise. As a side note, can anyone else see Leonard Nimoy as Saruman? I'm thinking more about the role that character plays in the Two Towers. Christopher Lee was perfect, and he has a great voice, but everything that comes out of his mouth sounds sinister. I wouldn't believe a word of it.
Nimoy, on the other hand.... He could say "Pies are like fiddles: they are precious dingbats" and make it sound like the wisest thing ever uttered.

Believe me, James, that I truly miss those "Gothic" days !!It's just that I'm becoming old and tired and cranky -
and maybe that's why I don't want to listen anymore to such
CLASHBRAMBONGCRASHKLINGETIKLANG scores as POTTER and LOTR...
- but naturally I still adore those EARLIER
CLASHBRAMBONGCRASHKLINGETIKLANG scores which initially made me to love
some of my "Gothic" favorites.*******
And, as someone said on the previous page,
RULES ARE MADE TO BE BROKEN - so I don't mind if people make some film music posts on this thread. (Just that rules are better to be broken in SOPHISTICATED manner than in not-so-sophisticated-manner...)KEN

This is going really fast now. Ken, I'm afraid this thread might be gone when you come back.

Probably that's either highly possible or highly probable Probable. How problematic. Do I have something to say now or have I just said it?

Oh, that's no problem. I like not partaking of the silliness of this thread. Still, it least it shall be dead soon, & I shall feel happiness at the knowledge that I did not play any part whatsoever in helping reach it's silly, pointless finale. So fishcakes to the pink bananabombs in the sky that I can destroy with my San-a-zop killer envelope swatter, provided of course that it has not been stolen by the armour-plated Penguins from The Toilet. You want to be careful of them, so you do!
