MICHAEL KAMEN'S BACCHUS RECORDS debuts with the never before released CD of LETHAL WEAPON! This special collector's edition is the ONLY fully authentic and officially licensed release of the score on CD. Each CD is hand-numbered to ensure the collector that only 3,000 copies are being sold. The original release on LP was limited to only 30 minutes of music, but this brand new release on CD contains 65 minutes worth of music! This CD contains previously unreleased tracks (And YES, it includes the "HOLLYWOOD BLVD. CHASE!") as well as music that didn't appear in the final version of the film.

Michael Kamen is a multi-award-winning composer who has scored over 75 motion pictures to date! Some of the films in his repertoire include the cult favorites BRAZIL and HIGHLANDER, as well as blockbusters such as ROBIN HOOD: PRINCE OF THIEVES, DIE HARD, and THE X-MEN. . .not to mention all of the highly successful sequels to Lethal Weapon. He most recently composed the music to HBO's groundbreaking mini-series BAND OF BROTHERS, produced by STEVEN SPIELBERG and TOM HANKS.

In 1996, Mr. Kamen established the Mr. HOLLAND'S OPUS FOUNDATION. The Mr. Holland's Opus Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting music education to provide new and refurbished musical instruments to qualified schools and individual students. To date, the Foundation has given away in excess of $7 million dollars worth of instruments.

LETHAL WEAPON marks the debut release from Mr. Kamen's new record label, BACCHUS MEDIA GROUP.
