Woohoo! The group that has performed ALL the great medal of honor scores has now recorded the game score to the new Indiana Jones and the Emperor's Tomb game! LucasArts had BETTER put out a cd release! Clint Bajakian, who did the amazing Outlaws game score, is composing the music!

Ooooh goody, original music! I was expecting them to simply use Williams' tracks, like in the recent Star Wars games. Really looking forward to this now. I just watched the trailer before I found this post, looks good!

Speaking of game score news (something we need more of)Composer Jesper Kyd has composed the music for the upcoming action-stategy game Hitman 2 on all game platforms, using the Budapest Symphony Orchestra and Chorus! And Yes there will be a soundtrack release!
And a bit of older, but still good news (since many don't know about it).
Composer Reijiro Koroku composed two full orchestral scores with the Moscow Symphony Orchestra for the Samurai Adventure Stradegy games Kessen and Kessen II for Playstation 2. The music is ispired by the golden aged style of epic film scores. The soundtracks were released in Japan on KOEI Records in 2000 (Kessen) and 2001 for (Kessen 2). But both are becoming hard to find....[Message edited by TimT on 08-13-2002]

I hope he incorporates Indy's Theme in there. Been a while since I heard that pop up.

Of course he will! It was used in Fate of Atlantis, too. What's Indy without his theme - and they even (duh) use the theme in the trailer.
