Well, here is the scoop on this one: Graeme Revell has been hired to score Freddy vs Jason - and he usually goes for an orchestral approach in his horror scores.

He's gotta somehow squeeze them in there. To please the fans especially. Even if it's just the opening music. Here's hoping for a great score. I like the Bride Of Chucky score.

Very cool news indeed. I just hope he takes an approach to Freddy vs Jason like his score for Child's Play 2..Bride of Chucky score was not that great..Just a few good moments.Jeff

I really like those sliding string chords in the Bride of Chucky opening cue. Very cool.
I'm pretty sure that Graeme will do a good job on this one. I think he's done his best work on horror films.
Yes, it would be very cool to hear a clash of Charles Bernstein's and Harry Manfredini's themes...
