The Theme to Casino Royale was performed by Herb Alpert and the Tijuana Brass. The song in the film, The Look of Love, was performed by Dusty Springfield. All of the music was composed by Burt Bacharach. I'm not sure if there are any other versions of the Casino Royale theme, but I'm sure there are covers and instrumental covers of The Look of Love.As for Romeo & Juliet, the theme and its song version, are by Italian composer, Nino Rota. But it was a very popular theme in its time and there are many cover versions of it by a variety of artists such as Henry Mancini, etc. The original soundtracks to both Casino Royale and Romeo & Juliet are in print on CD.
