SPACEBALLS: THE 19th ANNIVERSARY EDITION LLLCD 1050
    Music by John Morris

    LIMITED EDITION of 3000 Units.

    RETAIL PRICE: $19.98

Presenting the complete score to the beloved 1987 Mel Brooks sci-fi spoof SPACEBALLS, starring Rick Moranis (STRANGE BREW, GHOSTBUSTERS), John Candy (STRIPES, UNCLE BUCK), Mel Brooks (BLAZING SADDLES, HISTORY OF THE WORLD PART 1) and Bill Pullman (INDEPENDENCE DAY). Acclaimed composer John Morris, who has collaborated with Brooks on all of his classic comedies (including BLAZING SADDLES, THE PRODUCERS, HISTORY OF THE WORLD PART 1, SILENT MOVIE, HIGH ANXIETY and THE TWELVE CHAIRS) expertly propels SPACEBALLS with a robust orchestral score that nimbly fuses epic science-fiction adventure, comedy and action. It is presented here in its entirety for the first time, with a slew of bonus tracks featuring alternate takes and tracks composed for, but not used in the film. CD Booklet contains exclusive liner notes.

    NOW AVAILABLE:

A NAME FOR EVIL (aka THE GROVE) and THE UNKNOWN

Two exciting, previously unreleased scores from acclaimed composer Dominic Frontiere (HANG ‘EM HIGH, BRANNIGAN, CHISUM, THE STUNT MAN). Suspense, horror and lust pulsate throughout Frontiere’s orchestral score (performed by The Graunke Symphony Orchestra of Munich) to the 70’s cult horror/thriller A NAME FOR EVIL, starring Robert Culp and Samantha Eggar. Frontiere’s knack for the supernatural thriller is showcased yet again in his score to the unsold TV pilot THE UNKOWN, which aired as a classic episode of the famed TV series THE OUTER LIMITS entitled “The Form of Things Unknown”. Much of the music in “The Unknown” would later show up in Frontiere’s score to the television series THE INVADERS. Collectable CD Booklet contains in-depth liner notes on both scores.

    LIMITED EDITION OF 2000 UNITS

ATTENTION! Dominic Frontiere’s BRANNIGAN: LIMITED EDITION will be going out of print on DEC 31st, 2006. Get yours now! -- LESS THAN 100 LEFT

I just put in a call to my local Barnes & Nobles bookstore and the employee told me they had two copies (bleh) on order to arrive December 12th. Is this the correct release date? Peter lists December 11th as the available date.

In any case, I'll be there first thing in the morning. After hearing Morris' score for The Elephant Man (which I purchased earlier this week), I'm sold on this one.

LLL is shipping now to retailers ("shipping now!"). The MM store's limited edition warehouse will be closed for next week, hence the Dec 11 shipping date in the MM store. It's all in good time for Christmas, though!

So should I hold off until December 12th? Or check in next Tuesday? My situation with credit cards is still the same as it was during the Saturn 3 release. But if Barnes & Nobles is only getting two copies, I need to make sure one of them goes to me. Sure it's selfish. I'm going to check with Borders because they will hold a copy for you.

If you pre-order from MM, you will get it. Pre-ordering with MM is the same as asking for a copy to be held for you. If you have credit card issues, tell me by email and we'll get it sorted out. Bank cards are not charged until product is mailed. Doing otherwise is against standard mail order practice. If you need CDs held until whatever date, send me an email. Many customers ask for this, and I give everyone the flexibility they need. Duh, it's a part of good customer service!

Indeed Peter is awesome to work with!

When I bought some scores from him for the first time I couldn't actually buy them until the following week until I got paid. Since they were OOP ones he had he said for at the time to buy them and he would not charge my card until the following week when I did get paid.

That did happen, he held the CD's for me and then charged me the next week when I got paid and I recieved my CD's fairly quickly.

As I said Peter is awesome to work with!

I would buy it through us or Peter since Spaceballs won't be available through stores like Barnes and Noble for at least 1 year. I don't know where that guy got his info, but he's incorrect.

Thanks Michael; I have no idea either but I plan on stopping by there on Tuesday. Hopefully I can get some straight answers.

Peter, expect an e-mail from me soon in regards to this.
