So in honor of the Piano Compilation suggestions, I figured I'd ask people their favorite solo violin/cello score moments. Some of mine:

Shrek - Eating alone and Starry Night are great tracks.

Armageddon - All the electric violin stuff

The Fan - Some very emotional stuff here as well.

Memoirs of a Geisha - Pretty much every track

Schindler's List - The theme is beautiful.

Veronica Guerin - Electic Violin stuff again.

The Village - Pretty much all of it, but my favorite moment is the end of Those We Don't Speak Of. Well, technically my favorite moments didn't make it onto the CD, but yeah...

Disturbia - Odd choice, but track 2 is very good IMO.

Black Hawk Down - Leave No Man Behind is great.

Are there any I am missing that people would like to recommend to me? I am sure I forgot some...
